The above amounts include Distant Islands Allowance.
You will be reporting to the Team Manager Customer Services.
Your working pattern is 21 hours per week. We are happy to talk flexible working, where possible.
The purpose of this role is to support and improve some of our key business systems: from developing and improving how they work, to supporting users, analysing data, and making sure everyone has the tools and guidance they need.
We are looking for an organised, customer‑focused and technically minded Business Systems Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and developing the digital systems used across the authority.
You will help ensure our business systems are reliable, well-maintained and fully optimised, working closely with service teams, ICT colleagues and external suppliers to continuously improve how we use technology to deliver high-quality services to our communities.
Full details of the duties and responsibilities are available in the Job Profile, but a key focus of this role will be building and maintaining digital forms and workflows on our Customer Service Platform. You will play an important part in helping services streamline processes, improve customer experience and make the best use of our digital tools.
