£28,192 - £28,462 pro rata
£14.61 - £14.75 - per hour

The above amounts include Distant Islands Allowance.

You will be reporting to the Team Manager, Building Cleaning.

Your working pattern is 1.5 hours per day worked after 5.00pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The purpose of this role is to provide front line building cleaning activities to buildings owned by Orkney Islands Council in accordance with set procedures and instructions

Applications are invited from motivated individuals to undertake cleaning duties at the above establishment. You will be required to carry out a range of cleaning activities following written procedures and using your own initiative where necessary.

Duties include the use of cleaning products and powered cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners to ensure the premises are kept in a clean and hygienic condition.

You should have a minimum of experience of cleaning duties in a home or commercial environment.
