The above amounts include Distant Islands Allowance.

You will be reporting to the Service Manager (Improvement and Performance).

Your working pattern is Monday to Friday, 0900 – 1700hrs. We are happy to talk flexible or hybrid working, where possible, depending on the needs of the service.

The purpose of this role is to lead on the delivery of our Corporate Performance function.

Your work will include ensuring the efficient and effective operation and delivery of the corporate performance function and its day-to-day activities, delivering on key priorities and driving improvement and change.

As a senior professional you will be experienced in your field, providing guidance and advice to your team and officers across the organisation.
