We are looking to recruit a full time HR Assistant to join our busy team, however we will accept applications from candidates who wish to work part time.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to pursue a career in HR or develop their existing HR experience. You will be responsible for providing a support service to the HR function, focusing on undertaking the administration of recruitment and selection, and the production of contracts of employment.
You will also work closely with the HR Adviser team to support the delivery of responsive customer focused generalist HR advice, guidance and support to managers and employees.
You will be expected to have a flexible, proactive approach in order to support the HR and OD function more widely as and when required. We would expect applicants to have previous demonstrable experience working in a busy office environment and be able to prioritise competing demands within tight timescales.
You will be efficient and organised and you should be qualified to SCQF 6/7 i.e., SVQ3, National Certificate, Foundation Apprenticeship, Advanced Higher, Scottish Baccalaureate, HNC, Certificate of Higher Education or have a minimum of 3 years previous relevant experience working in an administrative role.
The successful candidate will be dependable, detail oriented and confident in dealing with a wide range of people. You will also be customer focused and committed to providing high quality service delivery.
