Kitchen Assistant (2 posts)

1 x 13.75 hours per week, week on week off, 08:30 to 14:30 with 30 minutes deducted break, Term time
1 x 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12:00 - 2:00pm, Term time

Temporary up to 30 June 2024
£24,244 - £24,553 pro rata / £12.57 - £12.73 per hour (including Distant Islands Allowance)

Applications are invited from motivated individuals to undertake duties as a kitchen assistant assisting with the school meal service at Hope and Burray Primary Schools. Duties include serving meals, basic food preparation and cooking, operating the till, setting up and clearing down the dining area, washing up and cleaning.

You must hold an Elementary Food Hygiene Qualification or equivalent.

This post is subject to membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme in respect of regulated work with children.
