£28,225 - £28,444 pro rata / £15.47 - £15.59 per hour (including Distant Islands Allowance)
Suitable candidates are sought for the above vacancies of Support for Learning Assistant to work in Burray and Hope Primary Schools. As a member of the school team you will be expected to work with pupils, colleagues and parents.
We require candidates to have experience in working with young people and to be committed to supporting, encouraging and including all children in achieving their potential.
You should have a good general standard of education, including evidence of competency in literacy and numeracy.
Applicants should be able to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Orkney to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
These posts are subject to a Level 2 Disclosure Check with PVG for working in a regulated role with children.
