This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while supporting services that make a meaningful difference to children, young people and families. As a Business and Management Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting a range of statutory and multi agency meetings.
You will be responsible for:
- Listening carefully to produce clear and accurate written notes.
- Typing quickly and accurately during discussions.
- Preparing and coordinating supporting documents.
- Maintaining accurate digital records and updating information systems.
- Contributing to a positive, supportive team culture.
- Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Meeting content can occasionally be sensitive or challenging, so resilience and discretion are essential.

Skills & Experience Required

Essential Skills & Attributes
- Excellent organisation and personal time management.
- Confident listening skills and the ability to capture key points.
- Clear written and spoken English.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365, with willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
