PKC Salary Scale TAS5 - £31,759 - £34,011 per annum
Perth & Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership Corporate Team, 2 High Street, Perth
You will have a key role in the provision of high level comprehensive administrative support and facilitate the efficient delivery of services as a member of the Corporate Team within Perth & Kinross Health & Social Care Partnership.
As a member of this team, the postholder will provide personal assistant support to managers and also support wider corporate functions, including meeting support. The scope and range of duties are diverse and main duties are detailed within job description.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
Hours of work are 36 per week, Monday to Friday.

Skills & Experience Required
The successful candidate will have extensive admin experience, advanced typing skills, excellent attention to detail and admin accuracy.
Experience of diary management is essential.
Minute taking experience is desirable.
You must have HNC/SVQ III in a relevant subject, however proven experience can be accepted as equivalent.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
