Oakbank Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic, committed and creative Class Teacher to join our inclusive, nurturing school community.

We are looking for a practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality learning experiences and supporting every child to achieve their full potential.

Skills & Experience Required

The successful candidate will:

  • Demonstrate strong pedagogical knowledge and a commitment to high-quality learning and teaching.
  • Be skilled in planning engaging, well-differentiated lessons to meet diverse learner needs, including those with Additional Support Needs (ASN).
  • Have a clear understanding of assessment and use data effectively to raise attainment and support equity.
  • Foster positive relationships and a nurturing classroom environment rooted in respect and inclusion.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a forward-thinking team committed to continuous improvement
  • Show creativity, flexibility and a willingness to contribute to wider school life.
