We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Domestic Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our care home maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control.
Your work will directly contribute to creating a homely, safe, and pleasant environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily cleaning duties across the care home, including resident rooms, communal areas, bathrooms, and staff areas.
- Follow cleaning schedules and maintain high standards of hygiene at all times.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control procedures.
- Safely use cleaning equipment and products in line with training and regulations.
- Report any concerns, maintenance issues, or hazards to the relevant staff.
- Work collaboratively as part of the wider care team to support the smooth running of the home.
- Maintain confidentiality and treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.

Skills & Experience Required
We would love to hear from you if you are:
- Friendly, approachable, and committed to providing an excellent service.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, organised, and have great attention to detail.
- Willing to follow procedures and training on infection control and safe working practices.
- Experienced in a cleaning or domestic role (preferred but not essential—full training provided).
