Inch View Early Learning Centre, Perth

As part of the Glenearn Community Campus, we offer excellent facilities in a modern and attractive, open-plan nursery.

As a member of the Inch View team you would plan, deliver, observe and record high quality experiences for children aged 2-12 years.

You will have responsibilities for the care and welfare of children, including those with additional support needs. This will contribute to the delivery of an integrated approach to children’s development within a safe and inclusive environment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, nurturing, fun and highly motivated Early Learning and Childcare Practitioner to join our large, friendly team at Inch View. Having the ability to work in a team situation is essential and a flexible approach to working with young children and their families is required.

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience working in an early years environment.

Hours of work are Wednesday to Friday 8.45-3.15pm.

Requirements

For the role of Early Childhood Practitioner, you should hold an appropriate qualification e.g. SNNEB, NNEB, HNC, SCQF level 7 equivalent or SVQ 3 in Childcare and Education or SVQ 3 Social Services (Children and Young People, as well as have the eligibility to register with SSSC.

They must also have, or be eligible for, registration with the Scottish Social Services Council.
