We are seeking an Attendance and Family Engagement Officer to provide crucial support to pupils and families facing challenges in attending school. This role is instrumental in identifying barriers, offering tailored assistance, and helping young people access the education they deserve.
Key responsibilities will include tracking and monitoring pupil attendance, implementing targeted interventions alongside the pupil support team, and strengthening relationships between home and school. You will connect with families through calls, home visits, and partnership work, ensuring communication and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.
