This is a busy, challenging and varied role providing comprehensive housing management services to tenants and residents in the City Housing Locality based in Pullar House - and on occasion across other localities within Perth and Kinross.
This is a 2 days per week post, fixed term until 31 December 2027. Preferred working days are Monday and Tuesday each week but there may be some flexibility around this.
The individual appointed will be expected to support tenants to ensure they are comfortable and secure in their homes and provide advice and guidance to help tenants to sustain their tenancies and contribute to attractive, safe and sustainable neighbourhoods.
As the role is part time in nature, and in an extremely busy office environment, adaptability, flexibility and the ability to communicate well with others is paramount.
The role involves estate and tenancy management including neighbourhood, anti-social behaviour and environmental complaints, rent and arrears management, housing advice and information.
The post involves contact and liaison with a wide range of customers including colleagues within the team, in other council services, external agencies, customers, tenant representatives and elected members. You will also be required to carry out visits to tenants' homes for tenancy and estate management purposes as part of the role

Skills & Experience Required
The successful candidate must be/have:

- Have excellent IT skills and be competent and comfortable using all Microsoft Office packages but specifically Word, Outlook and Excel.

You must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle as this post requires you to travel to a variety of locations across Perth and Kinross.
You must be friendly, outgoing and approachable, good at multi-tasking and a committed team player who can work well within a large team and be open to others thoughts and opinions.
