We are seeking an Information Assistant to join the Management Information Systems (MIS) team within Education and Learning.
As a first point of contact for schools and other stakeholders, you will provide high-quality support across a range of applications and processes.
Working within a small team, your primary role will be to provide first-line support for SEEMiS, our main management information system, and other systems used across the service such as EVOLVE and Groupcall Messenger.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a vital support service for schools.
As an Information Assistant you will:
- Provide first-line support for SEEMiS, Groupcall Messenger and other systems
- Provide second-line support for EVOLVE
- Assist with the processing of Freedom of Information and Subject Access Requests
- Respond to routine and operational requests for data and information

Skills & Experience Required
You will have:
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent data skills and the ability to process and present large amounts of data
- Excellent skills across a range of MS365 applications, particularly Excel
- The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a small team
- The ability to prioritise your own workload and meet deadlines
