The Community School of Auchterarder
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Play Assistant to work in the Primary One class to support play experiences for all children.
Please note that this is a fixed term post until August 2025.
As a Play Assistant, you will support play experiences for all children in Primary One.
The role will involve contributing to the development, planning and implementation of appropriate experiences within a play curriculum and during break times.
About the School
The Community School of Auchterarder is an all-through school, comprising Nursery, Primary and Secondary departments serving the community of Auchterarder and surrounding district.
We have a roll of approximately 1,100 children and young people across all three sectors.
The school is situated in a rural location, approximately 14 miles south of Perth with good road networks to the rest of Perthshire, Glasgow, Edinburgh and the central belt.
Our Associated Primary Schools are Aberuthven, Blackford and Dunning.
