At Fossoway Primary School, we believe that team-working and a friendly, supportive atmosphere create a happy school.

A new opportunity has arisen, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, nurturing individual, who has a positive and solution focused attitude to join our team within the school office. This role also entails playground and dining hall supervision. 

You will support the administration of the school, as well as be part of a team which delivers care and welfare to all our pupils.

This is a permanent post for 32 hours per week over five days.

The Individual

You will ideally have knowledge and experience of working within an administration role and be very confident in using a computer. Our school office is a busy environment and you will be confident in managing your time effectively and prioritising tasks as required.

You will be motivated and interested in the life of a school.

You will understand the need for confidentiality and be able to work sensitively to support learners and their families.  You will also be able to demonstrate an ability to work effectively within a team and on your own initiative. 

You will have excellent communication skills and a positive and nurturing approach to working with children.
