This is an exciting opportunity to join the Operational Support Team in Property Services.
We have a permanent vacancy for an Officer to make a critical contribution to the operation and management of the Property Services Operational Support function.
The post holder will work closely with the Service Managers, Team Leaders, Officers and external contractors/consultants to analyse business requirements and strategies, develop and produce routine and bespoke reports, and identify solutions/improvements.
This will involve:
- Regularly producing operational reports from the Property management system, analysing and presenting to Officers for forward planning.
- The collation and provision of data and reports for preparation of year-end accounting.
- Collating data and ensuring records are maintained relating to property fee income and expenditure.
- The production and ongoing management of the Property projects spreadsheet, and attend regular projects update meetings.
- Ensuring that all incoming new project requests are set up in the Property management system, monitored and allocated accordingly.
- All Property related FOI and Political enquiries are properly managed through to response.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 2 days being office based.
Skills & Experience Required

- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office software and have experience of using, developing and managing computer databases and management systems.
- Good organisational, facilitation and communication skills.
- The ability to prepare and deliver clear and concise reports.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to deal with people at all levels.
- Ability to prioritise, be proportionate, maintain pace in own work.
- To work effectively as a team member.
- The ability to prioritise own workload effectively, in accordance with Service priorities.
- An awareness of property related issues.
