£19,155 - £21,126 (18 hours per week)
REACH Lewis Place
This post is hybrid, with staff working out of the REACH Building at Lewis Place, Perth. The team cover support children and families throughout Perth and Kinross, so there can be travelling. Flexibility in working hours is required as the cases sometimes require you to be out early in the morning or later in the evening, but this is always done in a planned way.
You will manage a case load and have responsibility for undertaking assessments to inform what support and intervention is required. You will also liaise regularly with colleagues within the wider service and from other services, particularly health, education and PAS to name but a few.

Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience of working with children with complex needs is essential.
HNC and SVQ 3
You must have a valid UK driving licence as this post requires you to travel to a variety of locations across Perth and Kinross.
