Are you ready to inspire the next generation of musicians? If so, Perth Grammar School is looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Music Teacher to join our dynamic and well-resourced faculty.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality learning and teaching across the Broad General Education and Senior Phase including Music, Music Technology and Musical Theatre.
In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to whole‑school initiatives that support wider achievement and interdisciplinary learning. This includes involvement in project‑based learning opportunities, and supporting learners to develop skills for learning, life and work through innovative, real‑world contexts.
The successful candidate will:
- Inspire pupils of all abilities to develop their musical skills, creativity and confidence.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our music curriculum, ensuring it is engaging, relevant and inclusive.
- Support and lead extra-curricular activities such as choir, orchestra, performances and school productions.
- Work collaboratively within the department and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
