Area Facility Manager, Renfrewshire, Permanent, 37 hrs per week, Grade 8: £38,932.94 - £40,920.11 p.a.

· Managing the development of service performance and quality management
· Managing the development of income generation and programme development
· Effective financial management, including budget monitoring
· Ensuring the implementation and effective monitoring of legislative and regulatory requirements
· Line management of teams and venue(s)
· Reviewing and developing operational procedures
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Encouraging and developing a positive working culture

 

The successful candidate will be creative and innovative with a strong ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships across multiple sectors and drive improvements in communities to provide meaningful and positive experiences.

You will be joining the operations and estates team at a decisive time to support the successful delivery of the major cultural venues under refurbishment and further develop the existing venues operated by OneRen.
