Role Purpose
An excellent development opportunity has arisen within Duns & Kelso Social Work, as Admin Assistant Team Leader, permanent. The post is to provide line management support to the Duns & Kelso Social Work Business Support Teams, across 3 sites, encompassing both Children's and Adults services and will ensure both operational teams has efficient and effective business support in place. As a line manager you would oversee the daily operations of the team including prioritisation, delegation of workload and allocation of resources, such as minute takers for a variety of meetings. You will help to lead staff through change as we introduce digital transformation and working collaboratively with other Business Support teams and Customer Services as well as ensuring daily activities are delivered. You would be responsible for the Line management of approximately 5 staff.
Essential
HNC/D in a related discipline, or other relevant qualification. OR equivalent relevant experience, knowledge and skills necessary to undertake the role.
