Role Purpose

We are excited to offer an opening for a Business Support Assistant – This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Business Support Assistant, you’ll provide administration support to the Team Leaders, and other Social Work professionals, along with partner agencies such as Education, Police and Health. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Telephone Answering
Letter typing and distribution
Minute taking and distribution
Use of SBC applications such as Mosaic, Business World, Intranet, One Drive and Microsoft packages
Processing Police Concern Forms & Inter-Agency Referrals
Being first point of telephone/email contact to the public and Professionals
Monitoring of Team mailboxes
Completing Mosaic tasks
Processing of invoices
Working closely with the Social Work staff

Essential

Minimum of 3 Standard Grades at level 1, 2, 3 (or equivalent), including English.
