Role Purpose
An excellent opportunity has arisen within business support in Social Work, based at Kelso with Adult Services but also as part of a wider team supporting Duns Children’s and Adult Services. The role will be to carry out a variety of administrative tasks such as answering phones and dealing with customer enquiries; recording information on the Mosaic client database including care packages for the purchase of care from providers. Other duties will include mailbox tasks such as processing Police Concern and Tell Us Once forms; invoice processing and other financial transactions on behalf of Corporate Appointee clients; ordering goods and services; general administrative duties. You will also arrange meetings, send invites and circulate minutes. You will play a key part in supporting professionals and guiding staff through a period of change as we introduce digital transformation while ensuring daily activities are delivered, under the line management of the Admin Assistant/Team Leader.
Essential
Minimum of 3 Standard Grades at level 1, 2, 3 (or equivalent), including English.
