Please note that the annual salary advertised is for a full-time role, based on 35.00 hours per week. If the position you are applying for is part time or you are only going to be working part of the year, i.e., a term time contract for 38 or 39 weeks per year, the annual salary will be paid on a pro-rata basis including a number of additional weeks for annual leave entitlement when the position is term time.
Role Purpose
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a part-time post within business support in Social Work, Peebles to provide support to both Children’s and Adult Services.
The role will support the teams with administrative tasks such as answering phones and dealing with customer enquiries, recording of information on the Mosaic client database, recording Power of Attorney details, processing Police Concern forms and other Team mailbox tasks, invoice processing, financial transactions on behalf of Corporate Appointee clients, ordering goods and services and general administrative duties.
You will also arrange, attend and take minutes for children and adult services.
You will also provide valuable support to help guide staff through a period of digital transformation as well as ensuring the daily activities are delivered, under the line management of the Admin Assistant/Team Leader.
Essential
Minimum of 3 Standard Grades at level 1, 2, 3 (or equivalent), including English
