Hours: 17.50 hours per week

Salary*: £12.08 - £12.76 per hour / £22,053.46 - £23,294.46 pro rata per annum

The Role
Deanfield is seeking a Clerical Assistant to deliver comprehensive, high quality Admin support to the Registered Manager.
It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, being able to work on your own, using initiative, as well as working as part of a team. You will have previous Clerical experience with a working knowledge of IT applications, including databases, along with a good knowledge of office procedures.
You must be able to demonstrate good organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks to enable you to work within strict timescales. Flexibility in your approach to work is also essential.
Duties of the post will include:
- First point of contact for telephone enquiries
- Inputting to databases for data recording and reporting
- Information management (using MS Word, Excel) to support the work of the Registered Manager
