Role Purpose
To work collaboratively with Community Learning and Development (CLD) partners, including learners and community groups, to plan, deliver, and evaluate targeted learning and development activity as part of a coordinated local CLD plan. This may include adult learning, youth work, and/or community capacity-building activity, informed by local need and national priorities. All work will be delivered in line with national and local CLD policies, strategies, and quality frameworks, and in accordance with Scottish Borders Council policies and proceduresEssential
Degree or PGCE In Community Learning and Development or equivalent qualifications, or demonstrable extensive experience in this field
