Role Purpose

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service while making a real difference in your community? We’re looking for a Care Resource Assessor to join our Customer Advice and Support Service team. This is a chance to play a key role in supporting vulnerable members of the community. You will help to financially assess and support service users to determine their contribution towards homecare and residential fees.

 

Essential

At least 5 SCE Standard Grades at level 3 or above (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics or Arithmetic.
