Role Purpose
eLearning is a key facet of Scottish Borders Council's learning and development strategy, and provides an invaluable source of support and guidance for colleagues.
As eLearning Developer, you'll be responsible for working with colleagues to design and deliver creative and innovative eLearning solutions.
You'll also be involved with the ongoing development and management of our Learning Management platform - SBLearn - supporting eLearning delivery across Council services.
You'll provide vital helpdesk support to colleagues and ensure that eLearning records are accurately stored on our HR and management information systems.
Working closely with Learning and Development colleagues, you will support the wider organisational development agenda and play an important role in ensuring that learning and development opportunities are available to all.
Essential
HNC level or equivalent experience.
