Role Purpose
Maternity Leave cover
We are looking for a self-motivated and driven candidate to join our existing team within the Homeless Service department to provide a high standard of repair and maintenance service for Homeless Temporary Accommodation.
You will be part of an existing team ensure required maintenance on void and tenanted properties and meet the needs of the Homeless Service around the provision of high quality temporary accommodation.
You will be an excellent communicator, a team player, be able to respond to tight deadlines and work on your own initiative.
Driving License and vehicle are essential for this post.
Essential
Applicants must be educated to an HND level or have relevant related experience and possess reasonable numerical and IT skills.
A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
