Role Purpose
We are looking for someone to manage the operational delivery of HR Administration and Payroll functions within HR Shared Services with the successful candidate managing the staff in both of these functional areas, along with the helpdesk staff. You must have a genuine interest in working in a fast-paced and dynamic HR and Payroll environment.
In addition to the managerial tasks, we are looking for the successful candidate to review all current operational procedures ensuring that they are delivered in line with the Council’s digital first approach. You will also represent the HRSS team in either leading or participating in projects to ensure that they are completed on time and delivered to the required standard.
