Role Purpose

Are you organised, customer-focused and looking for a varied administrative role?

Join our small, friendly and fast-paced Information Management Team, supporting key services across the Council. The role involves assisting with Freedom of Information (FOI), Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and Subject Access Requests (SARs), as well as records management and data protection administration.

We're looking for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills, who can manage competing priorities and work effectively as part of a team.

Flexible working arrangements are available, although attendance in the office will be required when necessary to support service delivery, training and team working.

Essential

Good standard of education with a minimum of 3 Standard Grades or equivalent (General Level 3 or above)including English or substantial relevant experience.
