Role Purpose

Help shape better lives for adults with learning disabilities across the Scottish Borders.

Join a supportive and forward-thinking team where your judgement, creativity and ability to build relationships can make a genuine difference. You'll work directly with individuals and carers, influence support planning and decision-making, and help people achieve the outcomes that matter most to them.

As a Paraprofessional within the Learning Disability Service, you'll work alongside individuals, families and partner agencies to develop creative, person-centred solutions that promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes.

This is a rewarding opportunity to use your analytical skills, professional judgement and creativity to support adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives. Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary service, you'll help turn conversations into meaningful outcomes.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and finding practical, creative solutions. In return, you'll join a friendly and experienced team, develop your professional skills, and make a real difference to adults with learning disabilities and their carers across the Scottish Borders.
