This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learning new systems, and supporting different teams to deliver high‑quality public services.

Front‑office support – managing calls, visitors, and shared inboxes

Sharing skills and supporting improved ways of working

You’ll also work closely with team colleagues on tasks that may include:

Managing AllPay and client/locality funds

Tracking and reconciling payments

Supporting service improvement projects

This is a mobile role, and regular travel across the Scottish Borders is required. When on‑site cover isn’t needed, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home or from a local office.

We plan schedules in advance wherever possible, though short‑notice changes can occur as part of the team’s responsive approach.
