Role Purpose

Kelso High School is one of nine co-educational secondary schools in the Scottish Borders catering for young people aged from 11 – 18. In session 2024/25 the school roll is currently 597.

We have a committed and highly skilled teaching and support staff with a wide range of experiences. This creates an excellent mix for all staff to work collaboratively with and learn from each other to improve the overall quality of teaching and learning for our young people – a key driver of improvement within KHS. We believe that Career Long Professional Learning is central to the success of our school and pride ourselves on our positive approach to this at all levels.
