Role Purpose

Working as a core member of the Council's Business Transformation Team, this is an opportunity to work across a range of services and partner organisations to shape the way that public services are developed and delivered with communities in the Scottish Borders. The post holder will both directly manage major change programmes and oversee the delivery of various projects officers and teams.

You will be an experienced, talented and motivated team player with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in a complex environment and have the ability to influence - and confidently work with - a wide range of services and stakeholders at all levels.

Essential

Educated to degree level with a relevant post-graduate, professional or management qualification

A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.*
