Role Purpose
To work closely and co-operatively with teaching staff to deliver targeted interventions and support, with a focus on closing the poverty-related attainment gap.
Essential
No formal qualifications are required, but an acceptable standard of school education is desirable. Additional Needs Assistants will be required to undertake on the job training as and when available
