Scottish Local Government Living Wage Allowance of £10.85 applies to this post.

Role Purpose

To ensure cleaning is carried out as per the contract specification and Work Schedule
Ensure that all Health & Safety and C.O.S.H.H. regulations are adhered to
Implement materials and equipment practices
Ensure maintenance of equipment and stock levels
Liaise with the client when required

To be flexible as this role involves working between 6am and 10pm and some weekend shifts. The post holder will carry out house clearances and also will be required to do body spill cleaning. Elements of the job require applied physical effort.

Essential

No formal qualifications are required.

A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post. * If you have a disability which precludes you from holding a drivers licence, Scottish Borders Council will take into account its responsibility to make reasonable adjustments to allow for your disability.
