Salary: £27,302.21 - £34,268.95 per annum

Hours: 22.26

Contract Duration: Temporary maternity leave cover until 08/11/2026

*This post would only be responsible for teaching S1-3 classes so this could be a BGE Post & therefore open to non subject specific applicants who are keen to teach music.*

Role Purpose

This post is based in Galashiels Academy and the successful candidate will enable all young people to become successful learners, confident individuals, responsible citizens and effective contributors as part of the school team.

 

Essential

A teaching qualification.

Full registration with The General Teaching Council for Scotland or Provisional Registration if Probationary period has not yet been completed.
