Role Purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join the Assessor service at a time of exciting change in respect of valuation for rating. We are looking for a Valuation Technologist to contribute effectively to the Valuation Team to ensure statutory responsibilities are met.
Applicants must be computer literate and should have excellent communication/negotiation and team working skills. You will have a positive, professional, and responsible attitude. Coupled with the ability to multi-task, while ensuring strict deadlines are achieved. You will have the ability to work as part of a team or individually, and be expected to guide and mentor other members of the valuation team.
Essential
An HNC/HND in Built Environment, General Surveying or equivalent demonstrable experience.
A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
