Role Purpose
The Youth Worker (PEF) will work alongside the Community Learning and Development Worker and other members of the PEF Team in developing and delivering targeted intervention for S1 – S3 pupils and supporting transition to S4. The postholder will contribute to closing the poverty related attainment gap through relationship based, trauma informed and rights focused youth work practice, ensuring that young people are supported to engage, achieve and progress.
Essential
Higher Grades / Standard Grades or equivalent
Qualification related to working with children, young people and/or social and health care or A qualification in Youth Work or relevant field
