Role Purpose
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Youth Worker to join our dedicated secondary school team.
This rewarding role will involve providing 1:1 support to a pupil who is currently unable to access mainstream education. Working closely as part of a Team Around the Child, you will play a key role in planning, delivering, and reviewing personalised interventions and meaningful learning experiences tailored to the young person’s needs, strengths, and interests.
In addition, you will contribute to the wider school community by delivering targeted interventions for identified groups of pupils within mainstream settings, supporting wellbeing, engagement, and inclusion.
Essential
A qualification in ACT foundation, ACT Youth Work 1 or First Steps training or other equivalent part-time qualification. Experience of planning delivery and evaluating learning activities for young people.
