Working as part of the Future Energy Team, and linking with the Climate Change and Energy Efficiency Teams, the post holder will be responsible for coordinating, developing and delivering high quality messages to promote addressing climate change and the clean energy transition in Shetland to the local community and a range of other stakeholders. They will provide direct support, advice and guidance to Council services and partner organisations to develop effective communications relating to changes in energy sources and use, as part of the drive to achieve net-zero emission targets.
