The HR Adviser, as a member of the HR Policy and Employment Support team, assists in the provision of a full generalist Human Resource support and advice service to elected Members, managers and employees. Reporting to a Senior HR Adviser, the HR Adviser will support a designated department or service with HR processes including supporting change through people solutions. They will contribute to the development of HR policies and delivery of the objectives set out in the Workforce Strategy and Workforce Plan.

- Rate of pay shown in the advert is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance of £1.5523 per hour
