If so, the Shetland Islands Council is offering an exciting opportunity to work at excellently resourced Happyhansel Primary School, Walls.

Happyhansel Primary School is a non-denominational school located in Walls providing nursery to P7 education to Walls and the surrounding area. Happyhansel is a one teacher school with twelve primary pupils currently and a nursery class attached. The school is managed by a Joint Head Teacher, Mrs Elizabeth Garrick who also manages Sandness Primary. A morning of PT admin time is provided by a second teacher and the class are supported by a Learning Support Assistant and Learning Support Worker.
Candidates should detail in their application whether they currently hold registration with the General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS). If not, candidates should detail in their application whether they have sought confirmation that they will be able to be registered with the GTCS.
