Social Care Workers are responsible for providing direct support to individuals in a variety of settings. This can include in their own home or supported tenancy, within Care Inspectorate registered services (supported vocational activity or short breaks) and in the community, enabling the individual to achieve their goals, identified priorities and personal outcomes.
