Full Time Stewards at the Islesburgh Complex are responsible for the provision of a Stewarding, Caretaking and Duty Manager Service to the Islesburgh Complex.
Stewards are required to work as part of a team to ensure that the Islesburgh buildings are safe, secure, clean and “fit for purpose”, in a way which meets the needs of the service user with a clear customer focus whilst also meeting all relevant health and safety requirements.
The facilities are normally open from 7am until 11pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 6pm at weekends, but during special events/festivals will be open for longer periods of time. Stewards are responsible for the security of the buildings and their users and are required to work with minimal supervision from line managers.
