Job Description
What is the role?
To be responsible for the leadership, good management and strategic direction of colleagues, and be committed to critical self-evaluation and be fully responsible for duties allocated to the post of Principal Teacher.

The Grade of the Principal Teacher Post post is PT1, 17.5 hours of the week and the annual salary is £26,448 and the Teacher (Maingrade) 17.5 hours of the week annual salary is from £19,328 to £24,258.
The Principal Teacher (17.5hrs) is permanent, with the opportunity to work an additional 17.5 hours as a Temporary Primary teacher until 27/6/25 - to allow 1fte split post to be recruited 24/25.
