JOB DESCRIPTION

South Ayrshire Council is recruiting three dynamic Principal Teachers to join the central South Ayrshire Learns (SAL) team to support system wide curriculum development and professional learning across all sectors. As part of this collaborative team, you will support schools to implement effective curriculum practice and develop and refine curriculum‑related guidance, tools and materials.

We are looking for enthusiastic educators with strong curriculum understanding, confidence working with colleagues at all levels, and experience leading high‑quality professional learning. If you are solutions‑focused, highly organised, and passionate about building capacity across our schools, we would love to hear from you. REQUIREMENTS

This post is considered to be Regulated Work with children as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007.
