What is the role?

Under the direction of the Head Teacher to work as an effective member of Early Years Team contributing to planning, delivering, and assessing a flexible high-quality education and care service which meets the needs of young people and their families.

This post is graded at Grade 2 / Level 8 for successful candidates who hold the relevant Degree Qualification - The hourly rate is from £18.52 to £20.18 and the annual salary, adjusted to a term time working pattern, is from £29,033 to £32,792.

Candidates who are working towards their Degree will be considered and will be placed at Grade 2 / Level 7 until they have successfully achieved their Degree Qualification - The hourly rate is from £16.61 to £18.03 and the annual salary, adjusted to a term time working pattern, is from £26,039 to £29,298.
