Applicants should be a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Valuation Faculty) and preferably have knowledge and/or experience in valuation for Rating and Council Tax, with the ability to survey and value all lands and heritages. Applicants must be computer literate and should have excellent communication and team working skills.
